Shipping policy

 Delivery Policy:

We uses DHL EXPRESS for delivery.

Deliveries are made Tuesday and Friday. 

Order deadline for Tuesday Delivery is Friday night, and for Friday delivery it is Monday night. 

We book all deliveries to be made between 8am and 12pm, however due to seasonal variations or volume some deliveries may arrive after 12pm.

Due to unforeseen circumstances a consignment might be held at the sorting hub and will be delivered the following day; however this is extremely rare.

Please ensure someone is home on the day of delivery to accept the parcel, we cannot be held liable for any parcel which could not be delivered as there was no one home to accept it. If you want the parcel to be left in a safe place, please make a note in the cart comment box.

All orders are sent in special insulated boxes containing gel packs and are safe for up to 48 hours if unopened.

It is essential that you thoroughly inspect all produce, dairy, fresh meat, and poultry products at time of delivery; and refrigerate them immediately.
